Pre-packaged UHP Water Systems

General Water UHP Series portable exchange DI systems produce a continuous supply of high purity deionized water with a minimum resistivity of 18 megohm-cm. General Water's pre-packaged UHP systems synchronize the operation of several water purification processes within one skid mounted assembly.

All General Water UHP skids include as a minimum the following treatment components:

Carbon Pretreatment
Make Up Demineralization
Distribution Pump and Controls
Polishing Demineralization
UV Sterilization
Pre & Post Cartridge Filtration (5.0 and 0.2 micron)
Polishing Loop Resistivity Monitor
Automatically Controlled Make Up Water Supply

Variety of Sizes		General Water UHP Series portable exchange DI systems are available for flows of 2 - 5 gpm and 6 -12 gpm using 1.2 ft³ and 3.6 ft³ exchange tanks respectively. Higher flow systems are also available using 30 ft³ skid mounted exchange tanks. General Water UHP Series portable exchange DI systems are ideal for laboratory, electronic, pharmaceutical, and many other commercial applications.

Quick to Install Easy to Validate		When used in conjunction with General Water Ion Exchange Regeneration Services customers benefit from a complete and dependable high purity water system without the time consuming process of custom engineering and piece by piece costly field installation. For quality assurance purposes all resins regenerated by General Water are tested not only for quality of effluent produced but, more importantly, for their actual throughput capacity. Retained samples for all regenerations are kept for two years and exchange tank serial numbers are used to provide total traceability of all General Water deliveries.
